WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU
To provide financial and non-financial products and services and implement requested transactions, KCCDFI MBA collects personal information, including but not limited to:

- Area, Branch, and center affiliation

KCCDFI MBA uses your personal information for the following purposes:

WHEN DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
KCCDFI MBA collects personal information through the following methods:
- Face-to-face and telephone conversations with KCCDFI MBA Customer Service Representatives.
- Completion and signing of forms (e.g., application, transfer, claims validation, resignation forms).
- Claims validation for insurance benefits.
- Services provided to members, such as mass weddings, disaster relief programs, and document requests.
- Registration on KCCDFI MBA’s IT platforms (e.g., chatbot, mobile applications, e-claims filing).

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information is retained for no longer than five (5) years from the resignation, termination, or completion of a specific transaction unless a longer retention period is required by law.
